Information you choose to share with us.

When you contact Saints, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, social-media handle and anything you include in your message. Playing enquiries may also include information about your football experience, availability and the kind of opportunity you are looking for.

The website does not have a contact form or user accounts. Enquiries are made through email or external social-media services.

To respond and run the club responsibly.

We use enquiry information to reply, consider playing opportunities, manage partnership and media conversations, keep an appropriate record of correspondence and protect the club and its community where necessary.

We normally rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with people who approach the club and administering Saints. We may also use information where necessary to meet a legal obligation. If we need consent for a different use, we will ask first.

Shared only where it helps us handle the enquiry.

Relevant committee members may see an enquiry so that the right person can respond. Information may also be processed by services that support our email, social media and website hosting, or shared with professional advisers and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we expect the provider to use an appropriate legal safeguard for the transfer.

Long enough to manage genuine opportunities.

Playing enquiries are normally kept for up to two playing seasons after the last meaningful contact because squad places can open at different points. Other enquiries are kept only for as long as needed for the conversation and any reasonable follow-up.

Information may be retained for longer where someone develops an ongoing relationship with the club, or where records are needed for legal, safeguarding, financial or dispute-resolution reasons.

You can ask us about your information.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict how it is used, receive a portable copy, or object to its use. Email the club to make a request.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office ↗.

No analytics or tracking.

Saints does not currently use website analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. A future hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser details and request times, for security and reliable operation.

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When those files are requested, Google may receive standard connection information from your browser. Links to Instagram and other external websites are governed by those services’ own privacy information.

We will keep this notice current.

We will update this page if the way Saints handles information changes, including when the final website host is selected or if analytics, forms or other services are added.
